At Louise Kool & Galt, we only stock goods that can withstand the daily demands of a classroom. Many of our furnishings come with a Lifetime Warranty. On all products, we provide a 100% Quality Guarantee for at least 1 year after purchase.
If the manufacturer’s warranty exceeds our Quality Guarantee, we honour their terms. Should any product fail within the warranty period, customers receive a replacement or credit towards another selected item. We take pride in our ability to process orders and respond to you within an average of 24 business hours.
