How to Report Damaged items

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN items to LKG without filling out the appropriate form. Further instructions will follow by email or phone within 1 business day. This is the most efficient way to resolve your issue.

Before you Begin – Order #? Pictures?

Before you start filling out the form, please take some pictures of the damage and/or damaged packaging (if applicable) and be ready to upload them to this form. If you think a picture would help explain the situation for additional items or missing items, you can also upload them.

If you have the order number (found on the top right corner of packing slip) have that ready too.
