Holiday Closures & Ordering Deadlines - 2024

As the 2024 holiday season approaches, we would like to let you know about our upcoming schedule and key dates to ensure smooth service during this busy time! Our offices will be closing at 12:30pm Tuesday, December 24th, and will reopen on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2025. While you can still place orders on our website, please note that orders will not be processed, and we won’t be available for customer inquiries. 

Annual Inventory Count: 

On December 19th and 20th, we’ll be conducting our annual inventory count, so our customer service will be limited. We expect shipping to resume on Thursday, January 2th. 

Order Fulfillment Deadlines: 

• For most items labelled "Ready to Ship" on our web-store, please place your order at least 24 hours before the last shipping date listed below. 

• For large orders or Community Playthings products, please reach out to our customer service team to confirm delivery timelines.
